​​​Holistic massage, also known as Swedish Massage, is generally a gentler type of massage.
Sports massage focusses on specific areas of tension using deeper and slower techniques, which may be a little less comfortable than Holistic massage. Not limited to people taking part in sports. Pre and post event massage also available.
I often use a combination of techniques, to relax both mind and body. We will discuss your requirements at the time of booking and on the day.

Provided either on a portable massage chair or couch. Traditionally provided on a massage chair in an open environment, usually for any time between 10 and 30 minutes per person. Requirements will be discussed at the time of booking.

​​​Oncology massage uses gentle techniques which are adapted according to the individual's stage of cancer and treatment. Its aim is to help the individual cope better with symptoms and to reduce the side-effects of treatment.

It is important to note that Massage does not treat or remedy the cancer, and should not be used as a substitute for treatment recommended by the medical practitioners and specialist team.
