Is my property suitable?
Parking must be available, at maximum a few minutes walk away.

At the time of enquiry, details of your home will be gathered to assess whether it is suitable; a massage chair is often suitable where a massage couch is not.
There should be at most a couple of steps leading into the property. A downstairs room should be available to accommodate the massage couch which measures 211cm x 63.5cm; there needs to be sufficient space to bring the table into the property and set it up so there is enough space around the table and clear of breakables.
Am I suitable for a massage?
When you first book a massage, pre-screening will identify your suitability for a massage. This depends on a number of factors, such as:

- Your expectations of the massage. This is not a sexual service.

- If another discipline of massage would be more appropriate for you.

- If referring you to a higher qualified practitioner would be more appropriate.

- If any existing medical conditions exist that prevent or restrict massage.

In some cases it may be necessary to seek approval from doctor or specialist.

- Or I may not be able to proceed with the massage.

- Otherwise it could be that I need to avoid an area to avoid spreading or aggravating a condition.
What should I wear?
Please ensure you are fully clothed, ready for your appointment, wearing appropriate under garments; underwear must be worn at all times. Ladies may prefer to wear a back fastening bra to further preserve their modesty, so that it can be unfastened and refastened while face down on the couch.

If you wish to remain fully clothed, please make sure you wear loose fitting jogging bottoms and a t-shirt.
Can I book over email or text?
Repeat appointments may in most cases be arranged over email, if there has been no change to health or location of massage since the last appointment.

For first appointments, or subsequent appointments where there has been a change to health or location, you may email or text to arrange a call back.
How long will I need to be available for?
Please allow a further 20 minutes on top of the booked time, although this does depend on access.

What does the consultation consist of?

Your medical history, medication, lifestyle, and the reason for your massage will be required, so that I may provide you with a safe and effective massage, and provide relevant aftercare advice.

This information is captured on the consultation and consent form, most of which will be prefilled based on the information provided during pre-screening (see "Am I suitable for a massage?").

Subsequent visits will require that you check over the form you completed initially, and sign a further consent form confirming either that there is no change, or providing relevant medical and medication updates.
